Before Making a Return Request
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition (including all unbroken paperwork, packaging, and accessories) with tags attached.
Note: in this situation, we will not be responsible for the return shipping cost.
We accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days after the receipt of the product. If 14 days have gone by since the confirmed delivery date, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
* For any reason if you would like to cancel your order while the order is under the shipping process, you will need to wait until you receive the package in hand before making a return request. Because Cross-Border Shipping involves complicated procedures, domestic and international customs clearance, and local and international shipping carriers and agencies.
* If you refuse to take delivery package from postman or do not pick up your delivery package from your local pick-up stores, our Customer Service will not be able to judge the situation of the package and therefore cannot handle your return requests.
* If the package is returned to our warehouse because of customer's personal reason (Check details below), we'll contact you about re-paying the reshipment postage and arrange the reshipment. However, please understand that no refund will be issued in this situation.
Details for customer's personal reason:
* Wrong address/no consignee
* Invalid contact information/ no answer to the delivery calls & emails
* Customer refuses to accept package/pay tax fee/ complete customs clearance
* Didn't collect package by deadline.
***Special Provisions
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.We will email and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.Items shall be returned hereunder properly wrapped and packed in their original packaging in unused and saleable condition. As soon as we have received the returned items, and have been able to confirm that the requirements above are met, we will refund your payment. In case you find that an item delivered by us to you is defective you should contact Customer Service as soon as possible with a formal complaint, to get a replacement delivery or, if that is not possible, a refund will provide.
The same applies in case you identify that a product has been damaged during transportation or you identify other deviations in the delivery, e.g. that the number of items or the product model delivered is not in line with your order. Returns hereunder shall be sent to Customer Service.
Damaged Products & Delivery
We ensures that all products are meticulously checked in a quality control before being dispatched to our customers. We work hard to avoid the emergence of damages or defects in our products. Should you find that an item despite this is damaged or otherwise defective, you will be replaced with a new sample of the item in question, if a new one is available. If not, you will be refunded with the original cost of the item and the return cost, unless the defect can be repaired. If the damaged item followed an order containing other purchased items the cost of the original delivery will not be repaid. You are asked to always examine your received products already at the time of delivery and as soon as possible report any deviations from your order confirmation to us.
We will return your funds as soon as possible, at the latest within 15 days from the date you returned the item and it was received by us, and we have established that the item is damaged or otherwise defective. The funds will be returned to your original method of payment. If you paid using your credit card, the amount will be repaid to the same card.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 7 days after we receive your return package. The funds will be returned to your original method of payment.(Generally, the funds will be returned to your original method of payment in 3-15 business days. )If you paid using your credit card, the amount will be repaid to the same card. The original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable.
Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted(3-15 business days.).Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping
*All return requests must be authorized by our customer service team before shipping to our returned address. For items with no quality issue, before you delivered please ensure the returned items are unused and in the original packing. Our team will not be able to process any returned items without a product return form.Please always Contact Us prior to returning the items by email to obtain a Product Return Form with the related returns address.

*No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, and you did not pay the return shipping cost, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and ship your return along with a tracking number. Without proof of receipt and delivery, we will not issue your returns.
*We do not accept parcels that are rejected or refused before receipt and delivery, which means we could not issue you a refund directly if you refused to receive the package first. We don’t guarantee that we could receive your returned package. We is not liable for any return packages that may be lost or stolen in transit. Please keep your proof of postage and ship your return along with a tracking number. Without proof of receipt and delivery, we will not issue your returns or refund. So after you've received the package, if you want to return the items, go through the normal return process.
